How is the authenticity of your story? To build a company you will need to convince employees, partners, customers, investors - and the world. To achieve this there is no way around a solid and trustworthy pitch. We always love to hear great pitches with a clear Northstar.
The team is key. Is your team composed right? We believe in the perfect composition of people on a mission. Including proud sales people, brilliant tech nerds, global networkers, business mindsets - and all cultures and genders on board. If you build a global solution, represent it!
Is the company ready for and will benefit from our investor contribution? We are looking for companies who show clear strategic value from investments, and a specific plan for how to use it. We like founders who prioritise hard!
What is your roadmap to scale? We always look for companies with roadmaps and a clear vision. The "Northstar" that guides your everyday decisions, motivates your team, and the metrics that brings you there. If you can't envision it, you can't build it!
Do you solve something the world really needs? In fast-changing times like these, there are emerging markets everywhere, and an unlimited number of problems that needs to be solved.
